1. Introduction
Welcome to Baby Lizard Digital Marketing Agency
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of online paid marketing plans and services (hereinafter referred to as "Marketing Plans") by Baby Lizard to you, the "Partner." By engaging in a Cooperation Agreement with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Marketing Plans
a. Customization: Each Marketing Plan offered by Baby Lizard Didital Marketing Agency can be extended or tailored to meet your specific requirements. We are committed to providing you with a personalized solution that aligns with your unique needs.
b. Cooperation Agreement: The partnership between the Partner and Baby Lizard Digital Marketing Agency is formalized through a 6-month Cooperation Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of our cooperation. The Agreement specifies the scope of services, payment terms, and obligations of both parties.
c. Annual Contracts: We offer an additional 5% discount on Marketing Plans with an annual commitment. This discount is calculated monthly and applied when the penultimate instalment is paid (11th month).

3. Default and Penalties
In the event of default by the Partner, a clause is applicable, corresponding to 30% of the value of the monthly package for the months of default. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we encourage open communication to resolve issues and find solutions.

4. Exclusions from Marketing Plans
Please note that our Marketing Plans do not include the following:
a. Setup Fees for Social Network Accounts: If the Partner does not already have specific social network accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Tag & Events Installations), any setup fees associated with creating and configuring these accounts will be the responsibility of the Partner.
b. Advertising Costs: Advertising Costs, defined as the Advertising Budget, are the responsibility of the Advertiser-Partner. This budget covers expenses related to paid advertising campaigns, and the Partner is responsible for funding this aspect of the Marketing Plan.
c. Fees for Influencers, Premium Publishers, etc.: Any fees associated with engaging influencers, premium publishers, or other third-party services are not included in our Marketing Plans. These fees will be determined and handled directly by the Partner.

5. Contractual Agreements
All our engagements are formalized through written contracts. These agreements specify the terms and conditions of our partnership, including the scope of services, payment structure, and any specific arrangements made between the Partner and Baby Lizard Digital Marketing Agency.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, as well as any amendments to them, are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with Greek law, European Union law, and international conventions to which Greece is a party.
Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be commenced and conducted within the courts of Athens, Greece.
